1. Who we are
TelehealthTech is an independent B2B publishing site operated by Zambala LLC ("TelehealthTech," "we," "us," or "our"). We publish reviews, comparisons, guides, templates, and related content about white-label telehealth and digital pharmacy infrastructure.
We do not provide medical care or operate a clinic. We do not provide legal or financial advice.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using telehealthtech.org or any related content, forms, emails, or services (collectively, the "Site"), you agree to these Terms and any additional policies referenced in them.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.
3. Who the Site is for
The Site is intended for founders, operators, and teams evaluating telehealth infrastructure for their business.
- The Site is not intended for patients seeking clinical care.
- You may use the Site only if you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of your organization.
4. No medical, legal, or financial advice; no patient relationship
- All content on the Site is for general informational purposes only.
- Nothing on the Site is medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional medical judgment.
- Nothing on the Site is legal, regulatory, compliance, or financial advice.
- Use of the Site does not create a patient–provider relationship, attorney–client relationship, or any fiduciary duty between you and us.
- You are responsible for obtaining your own medical, legal, regulatory, and financial advice before acting on information from the Site.
5. No PHI or patient data
- The Site is designed for operator-level information and does not require protected health information ("PHI") or patient-identifiable data.
- Do not submit PHI, patient names, medical records, or similar information to us through the Site, including any forms or email addresses.
- If you inadvertently submit PHI, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for that disclosure and for promptly notifying any impacted parties as required by law.
6. Accounts, subscriptions, and communications
- We may offer user accounts, email updates, or gated downloads (for example, templates or checklists).
- You agree that information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.
- You agree not to share login credentials or allow unauthorized access to any account we provide.
- You may opt out of non-transactional emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us at contact@telehealthtech.org.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law or regulation.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the operation or security of the Site.
- Access or attempt to access the Site using automated means (such as bots or scrapers) other than in compliance with our robots.txt and any API terms we may publish.
- Copy, frame, mirror, or otherwise reproduce the Site or substantial portions of it except as expressly allowed in these Terms.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when interacting with us or completing any forms.
We may monitor use of the Site for security and abuse prevention purposes.
8. Content ownership and license
- The Site and all content we create (including text, graphics, logos, and templates) are owned by Zambala LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
- Vendor names, logos, and trademarks appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and review purposes only.
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
- You may not resell, republish, or systematically copy our content, except:
- You may download and use templates or checklists we explicitly make available for that purpose, subject to any additional terms provided with those materials.
- You may quote or reference our content with appropriate attribution and links back to telehealthtech.org.
9. User content and feedback
If you submit comments, feedback, case studies, or other content to us ("User Content"), you represent and warrant that:
- You have the right to submit the User Content.
- The User Content does not infringe any third-party rights or applicable law.
By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content in any media for the purpose of operating and improving the Site and our business.
We may, but are not obligated to, review or moderate User Content and may remove it at our discretion.
10. Third-party platforms, referrals, and affiliates
- The Site includes reviews, comparisons, and references to third-party platforms, vendors, and services ("Third-Party Platforms") and may link to third-party websites.
- We do not control or operate Third-Party Platforms and are not responsible for their products, services, terms, or privacy practices.
- Some Third-Party Platforms may compensate us for referrals, including through revenue-share or similar arrangements, when you engage with them after visiting our Site.
- Commercial relationships do not change our editorial process or conclusions. We may label certain content or placements as "sponsored," "partner," or similar when appropriate.
- Your dealings with Third-Party Platforms are solely between you and them. You are responsible for reviewing their terms, privacy policies, and contracts.
11. Disclaimers
The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components.
- We do not warrant that any content is complete, up to date, or suitable for your particular use case.
You use the Site at your own risk. You are responsible for validating any information from the Site before relying on it.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Zambala LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or these Terms, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or, if you have a paid agreement with us, the total amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on certain damages; in those jurisdictions, this limitation will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zambala LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Site;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
14. Changes to the Site and these Terms
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.
- We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
- If we make material changes, we may also provide additional notice (for example, by posting a notice on the Site).
- Your continued use of the Site after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
- Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
- If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
16. Miscellaneous
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
- You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.
